Laju Obasaju is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted background spanning corporate leadership, legal expertise, and a commitment to community engagement. As an Executive Director and the Head of Research, Data & Analytics for Corporate Communications at Comcast Corp. in Philadelphia, PA, Laju oversees brand reputation monitoring, social listening, ad testing, message testing, and website and digital performance. Her work supports Comcast’s diverse teams in Public Relations, Financial Comms, Internal Comms, Media, Advertising, Digital, and Social Media and spans the Spectacor, Theme Parks, MSNBC and NBC News Channels divisions.

Prior to joining Comcast in 2020, Laju honed her skills during a three-year tenure at AT&T in Dallas, TX, where she distinguished herself as a member of the Leadership Development Program. Before transitioning to business, she made significant contributions as an entertainment attorney in Los Angeles, CA for eight years, being named a Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2012-2016.

In 2022, she was recognized as one of the 100 women on the fast track to the C-suite by Diversity Women Media, a testament to her exemplary leadership and industry impact. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Laju is deeply engaged in community service, serving on the boards of the Institute for the Healing of Memories, North America as Treasurer, Musicopia & Dancing Classrooms Philly, and The Quaker School at Horsham.

Laju holds a bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctorate from New York University, as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds joy in a diverse array of interests, including reading, running, CrossFit, and the perennial challenge of nurturing her collection of plants. She shares her home in Philadelphia, PA, with her cat and her Python.
