Leo Manning is the Digital Communications Manager at Center City District, a private-sector organization dedicated to making Center City Philadelphia clean, safe, and attractive. In this position, he oversees the organization’s blog and social media communications, engaging more than 105,000 followers with story-driven content from businesses and the community.
Previously, he served as the Director of Client Service at Slice Communications, where he managed organic and paid social media strategy for a broad portfolio of clients, including Philly Pretzel Factory, Chef Jose Garces, and the Philadelphia Flower Show. Leo is also active in the Philadelphia communications community, serving as a board director for Social Media Day PHL, and previously serving as Vice President of Communications for the Philadelphia Public Relations Association (PPRA).
