Matthew Ray is the Chief Creative Officer at ChatterBlast Media. A native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of Temple University and the New School. At ChatterBlast, Ray helps lead the social media efforts for clients like Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run. Rebuild PHL, FWC 2026 Philadelphia, and the Independence Visitor Center’s Phambassador program. He is also a board member of Eastern State Penitentary and Historical Site. He lives in South Philly’s Point Breeze neighborhood.
