Lauren LaChance is a Global Brand Manager developing a global expansion strategy for DeLeón Tequila at Diageo, the world’s largest spirits company. Lauren believes innovation and technology are fundamental to the growth of brands in the 21st century. In addition to building brands, she is a board member of ‘NextGen’, an internal Diageo business resource group where she works to develop the next generation of leaders at Diageo. Her hobbies include cooking, sustainability volunteer work, and being the best dog mom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Loyola University Maryland.
