The Co-Mentoring Connect was created by Social Media Day Philadelphia to provide professional development and networking beyond the organization’s annual event. The program matches marketing leaders with practitioners for a year-long commitment. Both learn from each other and have opportunities to grow professional and keep up with almost daily social media changes. Social Media Day Philadelphia provides events throughout the year to keep all the program participants engaged and involved.
Requirements for the program include attending the annual Social Media Day Philadelphia conference, participating in the kick-off meeting at the conference, completing the co-mentoring worksheet, meeting with a co-mentor monthly, and participating in three other events throughout the year. There is no cost to apply or be part of the program.
